Gibson`s ex rejected $15m solution
MEL GIBSON`s ex rejected a $15million peace deal with the star "to see where the chips might fall" in court, emails reveal.
OKSANA GRIGORIEVA, 40, agreed to the £9.2million settlement with the Braveheart actor last year - but later pulled out.
An email to the Russian singer`s lawyer explaining her decision was leaked online yesterday. She said she`d only accept if Gibson, 55, was stripped of custodial rights to their daughter Lucia, one.
If not, she wrote: "I WILL go to court, see where the chips might fall."
LA`s District Attorney will decide in days whether to charge Gibson over alleged domestic violence and Oksana with extortion.
